Challenge To Companies

 

One Church, One Child ask each company to identify employees who will adopt children from public foster care, allow our recruiters to hold adoption information sessions at the company’s work site,  lend us their employees as volunteers, and financially invest in our organization.

 

Company Leader

• Endorses the program

• Selects a Company Coordinator-this a person who will lead the program

• Encourages employee participation

• Makes  a commitment to keep the subject of adoption before the company’s employees

 

Company Coordinator

• Fully implements the program

• Keeps adoption information accessible to company’s employees

• Disseminates adoption literature

• Plans adoption events

• Offers assistance to VA OCOC staff

• Coordinates Volunteer initiative

• Refers interested families to VA OCOC
